Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 in one transaction.
- Flat rate of $11 AUD for Standard Delivery and $15 AUD for Express Delivery.
- As soon as your parcel is on the move, you will receive a tracking link that you may follow until it get to you. We suggest that you follow the tracking updates for accurate delivery information.
- All orders (excluding custom orders) will be shipped within 1-2 business days from date of placing your order.
- If you have ordered a Custom item, we will communicate the expected timeframe until date of shipment with you before completion of the order. We aim for a turnaround time of 1 week on custom orders.
- Please note that purchasing express sipping does not result in your order being packed quicker. Express Shipping purely refers to the time that Australia Post takes to deliver your order after we have packed the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that we unfortunately do not currently ship outside of Australia.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or delayed packages that happen during or after delivery.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping and/or delivery address for an order. If the incorrect shipping details and/or address has been provided, The Opalescent Collective will not be responsible to provide a reimbursement for the order that was delivered to the incorrect address provided by the Customer.
